BOWLING GREEN -- The Defiance boys track and field team placed first at the Bowling Green Bobcat Relays on Friday while the DHS girls finished third.
Garret Wiles took first in the 800 and 1600 for Defiance while Jon Crowell won the 3200 and Zach Botek was first in the pole vault for the Bulldogs.
In the girls meet, Ma'kayla Allen won the 100 and long jump for Defiance while Samantha Murray was first in the 800 and Libby Burkhart won the discus.
Alexa Sonnenberg took first in the 1600 for Napoleon with a meet record time of 5:26.82.
