The 2023-24 Free & Reduced Lunch Application is ready for you to download, print and complete. After completing the application, please return to the child's(ren's) building secretary or by mailing the document to the district cafeteria manager, Deanna Hull, 1755 Palmer Dr., Defiance, OH. 43512.

Please note all students living in your household may be included on ONE application.
