We are very proud of our tremendously popular Outdoor Education program held at Camp Storer. Camp Storer is a YMCA camp located near Jackson, MI. Each spring, we pack up our fifth grade classes and spend a week studying nature and learning about our environment. Teamwork and cooperation are stressed as we study wildlife, investigate pond ecology, practice survival skills, ride horses, and take nature hikes, to name just a few of our many activities. High school students serve as camp counselors. Teachers and Camp staff serve as instructors. It is an exciting and educational experience that we remember always. Camp Storer 2007
