If you are interested in signing up for bagged lunches offered through our cafeteria, please complete this form. This will be a weekly sign up. Packages are for DCS children under the age of 18 and this week will consist of five lunches per child.
Below is the sign up beginning on Friday, May 22nd, 2020 - Tuesday, May 26th, 2020 for a pick up on Wednesday, May 27th, 2020. NOTE: the sign up closes Tuesday at 12:00 noon.
