Sealed Bids will be received by Defiance City Schools in their office, 801 South Clinton

Street, Defiance, Ohio 43512 until 10:30 a.m., Thursday, March 5, 2026, when they will be

opened and read, for the Defiance City Schools Bus Garage Alterations, located at 1927

Jefferson Avenue, Defiance, Ohio 43512, in accordance with the Drawings and

Specifications prepared by Beilharz Architects, Inc.

Contract Documents may be obtained upon request from architects@beilharzarchitects.com.

Addenda will be distributed to registered plan holders only.

Bids must include a Bid Guaranty as described in the Instructions to Bidders.

No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening. The Owner reserves the

right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to

determine bidder responsibility.
