ProMedica Defiance Regional Hospital is proud to announce that our Medical Executive Committee will be sponsoring the 2026 scholarship program available to all school districts located within the Defiance Regional Hospital’s service area.
Applications are available beginning February 20, 2026 & will only be accepted online at: https://promedica.foundation/defiancescholarships2026
Applications must be submitted by March 20, 2026. Incomplete applications, those missing documentation, or those submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
The 2026 Jim Thomas Country, Community, and Companionship Memorial Scholarship.
This scholarship will be presented to a Defiance High School graduating senior entering
any branch of The United States Military as Full time, Reserve, or National Guard.
